Description

Book with a transparent yellow perspex cover, black leather spine guards and joints. There are four black leather edge straps laced through slots in the perspex, and a foredge strap with press stud. Kept in a showerproof nylon bag. Text in black and purple.

Materials and techniques

Transparent yellow perspex boards cut, shaped and polished by hand. Spine guards of black oasis goatskin. Visible sewing over straps of same goatskin laced through slots in perspex. Letterpress, with illustrations incorporated in colour within text area.
