Materials and techniques
Tin pieces are soldered together using electrical cored solder and electric soldering iron. Larger pieces are riveted together with rivets and rivet gun. The two pieces may be cut with tabs to join the two sides together.The coloured surface has to be scrapped off to allow the solder to weld.
