Yellow gold ring with two protrusion with turquoise and white enamels, culminating in a gold concentric circle at the tip.

Materials and techniques

18ct yellow gold and white and pale turquoise enamels. Mounted on a perspex stand. Shapes (hollow) on top of rings made by methods of forging and fabricating.

Maker's statement

This piece is part of the developing mainstream of my work and is part of a preoccupation of seeing the hand as a constantly moving support for small 3 dimensional structures. The various sections of the piece being seen in slightly changing relationship to each other as the ring is worn.
