Description
Tufted yarn rug with a black ground and a red box with two round black lines, with five white lines in one corner.
Materials and techniques
Made using a handtufting gun, which punches yarn through viscose backing cloth from reverse side. Surface trimmed down with sheep shears to create an even surface. Yarn fixed to backing cloth by painting on a latex layer. Rug finished with cotton backing cloth and edges hand-trimmed.
