Description
Round basket made of woven wild clematis, snowberry and green and red willow, with no handles.
Materials and techniques
Hedgerow materials including wild clematis, snowberry and green and red willow. Materials cut after the leaf has fallen and matured for 2-3 months before using. The base is 'paired' with green and red willow and silver grey snowberry. The side is made up of stakes in green willow with waling in snowberry at the top and bottom and red willow forming the main weaving at the side.
