New Acquisitions from the Maker's Eye exhibition
In 2021, for the exhibition Maker's Eye: Stories of Craft, 13 makers were invited to propose new or recent works which they felt should be acquired for the Crafts Council Collection. These works were examples of current practice and marked this particular moment in contemporary craft, continuing the story of the collection. The majority of these acquisitions were supported by the Art Fund.
