Me, My Craft, and I
Me, My Craft, and I is Langley Academy Museum Learning programme's second collaboration with the Crafts Council. With over 40 objects selected from the Collection, including works by Grayson Perry, Lawson Oyekan and Jasleen Kaur, the theme for this exhibition explores identity, multiple voices, repurposing and creative re-design.
On display in the central atrium Langley Academy, Slough, from 9th January to 31st March, 2023, the showcase is for the benefit of the students from Langley Academy's secondary and primary schools, and supports their learning in both Art and D&T curriculum, looking at process, identity, repurposing, upcycling and creative re-design.
