Maker's statement

The piece was part of a body of work entitled 'Love is...' looking at the world where love and lust become entangled and confused. The piece questions ambitions. How fame and fortune can be achieved through taking your clothes off. What example does this set and what lengths will the next generation go to to reach heights of fame.
This piece is part of the last exhibition I did in the gallery using figurines. I had been working using these techniques for 8 years or so. This is the first time I used 2 way mirrors.
