Poster for 'British Jewellery 1960-1985 & German Jewellery', a Crafts Council exhibition held at the Crafts Council Gallery, 12 Waterloo Place, London, from 19 April to 16 July 1989, then toured regionally. Curated by Ralph Turner, the important objective of this exhibition he said was 'to show work by makers who use jewellery as an artistic expression, working within the restraints of wearability and uninhibited by the intrinsic value of their materials'. The poster was designed by Paul McAlinden and Peter Campbell. Photography by David Cripps (British Jewellery) and Otto Kunzli (German Jewellery).
