Description
Freestanding round structure made of yellow, black, and clear glass, with three concentric circles joined at the bottom and top.
Materials and techniques
The original model was made in plaster using textures cast from oak bark. A rubber mould was made and a wax positive kiln cast by lost wax technique. Sandblasted, ground and polished 6% lead crystal; colours are ceramic stains mixed with crushed glass.
