Description
Two blocks, one clear crystal, one white resin, both engraved with the torso of a woman holding a ball, standing on black resin base decorated with figures and circles both in relief and engraved.
Materials and techniques
Three parts. Made of crystal and cast resin blocks, wheel-engraved. Optical lead crystal block, copper-wheel engraved; the white resin block is cast off the engraved crystal during engraving. The black resin base is also cast from engraved glass.

Maker's statement
This is a development of my work in casting resin from engraving, a technique which is unique to me. it is the first piece which carries the theme onto the base as well.
