Maker's statement
This limited edition wall piece is made using a unique language of materials and processes. An unusual palette of coloured laminates and plywood describe a striking landscape. This piece explores movement, rhythm and dynamism in landscape. The work derives from closely observed paintings and sketches. The shapes are then meticulously translated into digital lines, which are cut using a laser. The pieces are then assembled by hand.
