Clear perspex armpiece with matt surface and turquoise and white inner edge.
Materials and techniques
Hand-cut with jig-saw and painted with car enamel spray paint. Finished with wet/dry emery paper.

Maker's statement
This armpiece is part of a series I developed after my 'Bodywork' exhibition (Crafts Council, April 1980). The first ones were made for my entry in 'Armschmuck' at Pforzheim (1980). I have used effects of light and colour which evolved whilst working on the neckpieces for 'Bodywork'.
