Description
Twisted steel rod with gold-leaf, with stainless-steel wire pin.
Materials and techniques
Forged from solid steel rod, twisted at red heat. Goldleafed and heat coloured. The separate pin is made from hard-drawn stainless steel wire, which slides in chenier and locates in the twist which itself forms the catch.
