Stoneware pot with a wide body and narrow rim, with an oil-spot effect tenmouku glaze.
Materials and techniques
Reduced stoneware with oil-spot tenmoku glaze. Thrown. Biscuit fired at 980 deg. C; glaze fired to 1300 deg. C. Oil-spot effect produced by controlling firing cycle.
