Buff earthenware with porcelain additions. Slab-built from slabs impressed with a pattern, using a carved plaster rolling-pin. Fired to 1260 degrees celsius. Glazed with two glazes, with a wax resist used on one section.

Maker's statement

This one of the earliest pots I made after having bought my new larger kiln. It is also the start of my using porcelain additions onto the outside of my work.
