Description
Sections of brick cut and adhered together in an abstract form, with the inside surfaces sprayed with coloured slips.
Materials and techniques
Laminated brick sections, cut with a diamond saw and bonded together with epoxy adhesives. Inside surfaces sprayed with two layers of different coloured slips, then worked back with wet and dry sandpaper to reveal grades of colour. Once-fired in an electric kiln to 1050 deg. C.
