Maker's statement
One of three pieces in the Collection (see also P406 and P407) all show my recent development into the body of the clay itself - finding new ways to be expressive. I want my hands to make deep contact with the clay, so that the form is as expressive as the decoration. In all the pieces I have succeeded. You have chosen well.
