Stoneware slab with pierced and combed decoration, with abstract shapes applied to the curved top.
Materials and techniques
Reduced stoneware with dry ash glaze (50% ash, 50% china) and applied fins. Slab-built (box construction); the fins are cut from leather-hard slabs. Fired at 1280 deg. C.
