Description
Rug with a linen warp and wool weft, with braided tassles at each corner, no fringe, with horizontal bands of colours ranging from light blue, pink, green, grey and brown.
Materials and techniques
Linen warp, woollen carpet yarn weft. Woven on a Swedish double countermarch loom: cyrus type. End braiding of Damascus knots with Swedish braiding and bonded finish. Corded tassels whipped. Velcro on both rugs suitable for display mount.
