Description
Bag made from woven horizontal bands of yarn and plastic, grey/green colour, with handles and grey lining.
Materials and techniques
Hand-woven recycling waste plastic carrier bags and reclaimed yarn. Initially plastic is cut into strips, then using a spaced warp on a counter balance loom the plastic is woven in as the weft. Once off the loom the fabric is heat pressed and then constructed into its end product.
