Description
Woven silk wall hanging, with brightly coloured vertical stripes in purple, pink, yellow, green, and red.
Materials and techniques
Plain weave. A separate warp was made for each stripe and each one was dipped in different dyes. Woven on an eight-shaft countermarch loom.
