Description
Basket with a round base and rim, with a long body in unstripped willow, and two twisted cane handles.
Materials and techniques
White Somerset willow (variety: new kind and black spaniard) and Kubu cane handles. Round bottom paired, upset cane with a four-rod wale, once round. Three-rod wale bi-stakes and fitched sides, reverse fitch on top. Four-rod wale under border. Six-rod border.
