Description
Recipe poster published in association with the Crafts Advisory Committee touring exhibition, 'Domestic Pottery', 1977. The poster was designed by Helen Cowcher for the Crafts Advisory Committee and features eight recipes by Sue Waterston. These include: Summer Soup, Lemon Sponge Pudding, Lemon Barley Water, Lamb and Prune Casserole, Baked Beans, Stewed Pears, Gazpacho, Potato and Anchovy Gratin and Salad. The poster is printed in a sepia-coloured ink on beige paper and was sold for 40p with an additional 10p for postage.
