Printed by Will and Sebastian Carter on Barcham Green mould-made paper. Volume 1: Ehrhardt type, machine-set with display in Palatino type. Volume 2: Kelmscott Troy type. Printed on a Monopol platen press. Cover paper reproduced from a design by William Morris.
