Description
Earthenware jug with a raised spout, with a black incised drawing painted to depict a bird behind a tree.
Materials and techniques
Oxidised earthenware with matt lead sesquisilicate glaze decorated with black incised drawing and painted with slips: brown, green,and yellow. Slab-built with coiled addition. Incised drawing filled with black underglaze before firing at 1150 deg. C. Glaze poured inside and sprayed outside.

A lot of my jugs have two profiles, ie are not fully 3-Dimensional, are to be viewed from either side but less rewarding front and back.
